I wasn’t all that happy with my first round, but my second and third rounds were really showing great signs for what I need to be doing in America. Thanks again for following my progress.. cheers Sarah "

From Veronica: Dear Sarah,:: :: ::On Monday, June 2, 2008 I will be hosting the 1st annual Dylan Johnson Memorial Golf Classic in memory of my son, Dylan Johnson. The event is being held at Summitpointe Golf Club in Milpitas, California. The reason why I am writing is because I need your help. We are in need of silent and live auction items as well as anything you can contribute to your raffle.:: ::My son, Dylan was born with Congenital Heart Disease/Congestive Heart failure. Congenital heart disease occurs once in every 100 babies born. At nine days of age, Dylan had his first of three open heart surgeries. On July 27, 2000, at the tender age of two, Dylan passed away.:: ::Ten days before his passing, Dylan had a wish granted through the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Dylan's wish was to meet Mickey Mouse. The Make-A-Wish Foundation made it possible for our family to travel to Disneyland. Without the assistance of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Dylan's wish would of not come true.:: ::I became involved with raising funds for the Make-A-Wish Foundation after my son, Dylan, received his wish. Since his passing I have raise $70,000 for this wonderful organization. This is our first golf tournament in memory of Dylan, so all donations are GREATLY appreciated.:: ::If you would like information regarding our event please feel free to email me. From Mark: "Hi Sarah...sorry to see you did not make the cut at Kingston Heath...did you stay in Melbourne for the weekend or did you head for the Gold Coast to prepare early for the ANZ? I would like to hear your thoughts about the course and the condions you played in.Good luck for this week ..hope to see you that leaderboard this week...you always look sensational with 5 under"

Sarah's answer: "Hi Mark, yeah it is never a good feeling to miss the cut. I did head straight up to Qld to get some practice in – but it has been very wet up here. I’m hoping I can get to the range today. Kingston Heath was spectacular. I feel really proud that we prepare such great courses for when our international guests come to Australia to play. On Thursday, whilst I was lucky enough not to have to play in the rain, the winds did come up that afternoon and it made the course a lot harder than the practice rounds I had played. Friday was just a struggle, but I spent an hour or so with my coach after play and I am hoping to play much better at the ANZ Ladies Masters on the Gold Coast. Cheers Sarah."

From Phil: "Hi Sarah,::Although we've not meet, you have a very large fan base in the Greenway family We have been watching your play with no small amount of pride. Can't wait to see your progress on the tour this year. Give my regards to your dad for me please.::Kindest Regards.::Phil Greenway"

Sarah's answer: "Hi Phil and the Greenway family, thank you so much for dropping me a line. I’ll be doing my best to have a great year this year. I will say hi to dad too! Cheers Sarah."

From Mark: "Hi Sarah....I guess you are feeling a bit down having missed the cut...if its any consolation to you after watching you play out at oatlands last week I was inspired to shoot 40 points at my home track....I am sure your form will turnaround and you will be shooting some low numbers....here's hoping!!!You certainly make 5 under clothing look sensational...best of luck Sarah for the ANZ...cheers Mark"

Sarah's answer: "Hi Mark, it is always disappointing to miss the cut. Although I am always pleased to hear about golfers having great scores – well done on your 40 points : ) I love the five under product so thank you for the compliment. I will be trying to feature on the leader board at the ANZ Ladies Masters. Cheers Sarah."

From Craig: "Hi Sarah, Congratulations on making the USLPGA Tour! Can't wait to see you play and win Rookie of the Year!!::A fan "fore"ver!::Craig::Denton, TX"

Sarah's answer: "Hi Craig, I am very excited to be playing on the LPGA tour this year. It is really nice to learn I already have a fan there! : ) Cheers Sarah. "

From Mark: "Hi Sarah.....It was great to follow your play out at oatlands on Friday and Sunday...I could feel your frustration with the slow pace of the greens...nice birdies on 4 and 7 however!!!I admired your patient demeanor during Fridays round...how did you assess your round?? Can't make it down to Kingston Heath but will be eagerly watching the coverage on the ABC.I also wanted to say you look great on the course...all the best Sarah."

Sarah's answer: "Hi Mark, thank you. The NSW Open was a great warm up for me. Thanks for coming to watch, that’s great! I was not too concerned when I was out on the course. I haven’t played a lot of competition golf since Q school, so it was good to get back into competition and assess where my golf was at in preparation for the MFS Australian Women’s open this week. I’m hoping you will see me on the leader board in the ABC coverage. : ) It is important to me to look good when I play, so thank you for the compliment. I wear 5 Under gear and it is fantastic.. cheers Sarah."

From Peter: " Hi i saw you play today at Oatlands with the NSW open u looked very tired was it from the heat belting down , can you recover and play some super golf soon ?it sure was a hot hot day and it wasnt your normal game ah well next time good luck"

Sarah's answer: "Hi Peter, thank you for coming out to Oatlands to watch the NSW Open. Thank you also for taking some time to follow me. No I wasn’t tired and I didn’t think the heat was too bad. After the US Q School, I had a bit of a break and I am working myself back into my game now. I was really pleased with how I was striking the ball tee to green and a little frustrated that I couldn’t seem to buy a putt. My focus shifts to Kingston Heath now for the MFS Australian Women’s Open. I’ll be doing my best to show same great form there. Thanks again. Cheers. "

From Rich: "How can I get an autographed photo of you?:: Thanks:: Rich"

Sarah's answer: "Hi Rich, Please send a stamped self addressed envelope to Sarah Kemp C/o Macrison Co Pty Ltd, Locked Bag 1003 Concord NSW 2137 Australia. I’d be happy to send you back a signed photo. Thank you for asking. : ) "

From Harry: "Have you ever got a hole in one? If so, where and how did you feel?"

Sarah's answer: "Yes I have actually. When I was 17 I played in the Riversdale Cup a pro tournament here in Australia. On the first hole on the first day I picked up my seven iron and bang I hit a good shot and it went straight in the hole. Its a funny story actually as on the second day my boyfriend of the time said to me I bet you cant do it again and I laughed and said "bet I can" and teed off and hit a wobbly one which also was a hole in one. I have had four in total and this year as a proffesional I hit one on a par three signature hole with my five iron and it went straight in. I was so amazed."

From Kev: "Sarah, did you know you needed that 4th consecutive birdie to get your card? If so, how on earth did you hold your nerve?"

Sarah's answer:“Hi Kev, sorry its taken so long to get back to you It’s been quite busy for me since qualifying for LPGA. : )  I knew what score I felt I needed when I started the last days play. I actually didn’t start so well. After the tenth, I thought if I could get three back I’d be ok – so I actually thought I just needed to par the last. The birdie on 18 was a bonus. I was really nervous and aware but at the same time it was like I was on auto pilot. It was almost unbelievable for me. I didn’t consciously do anything to hold my nerve, but something in me definitely kicked in – I am just not sure I can define it! : )

From Anthony: "Hi Sarah, I have followed your progress for a while. Congratulations at LGPA Q school. I see in your photos that your have a tattoo. Can you share some information about this?"

Sarah's answer: "Hi Anthony, thank you for taking an interest in my golf. It is really nice to know. Your right I do have a tattoo, but they are personal and just for me really. I hope that’s ok : ) "

From Bob: "Hi Sarah, The last 27 months have been a great way to start your career as a golfing professional. Well done! I look forward to reading of your progress towards success in the majors. best wishes."

Sarah's answer: "Hi Bob, thank you for your note and your good wishes. I hope you’ll come back to my site to stay up to date with how I’m going. I hope you subscribed to my newsletter?"

From Mike: "Sarah, I hope that the Jamie Farr in Toledo, Ohio is on your schedule this coming season! It would be great to see you there! I also wanted to know how I would go about getting your autograph? Happy Hollidays!"

Sarah's answer: "Hi Mike, I’m still finalising my schedule for America, but I’m planning to play in as many events as possible. I know the Jamie Farr tournament and would really love to play in it. I would be happy to send you an autograph. If you email headoffice@macrison.com.au (my agents) with a postal address, I’d be happy to get something to you."

From Larry: "Happy birthday and congratulations on your lpga card.... must have been tough over there ?? did you have a caddie? was he/she any good? theres no mention of one on the website does that mean there is a position available??? larry"

Sarah's answer: "Hi Larry, thank you for the birthday wishes. It was tough over there, as you know it’s the tournament from hell!!!!  : ) I had a great caddie though! Everyone; Larry was my caddie for the LPGA tour School and he did a fantastic job – Larry is also on my bag for the Bing Lee / LG NSW Open, the MFS Women’s Australian Open at Kingston Heath in Melbourne and the ANZ Ladies Masters in Queensland."

From Larry's mate: Why don't you mention your caddie?

Sarah's answer: "Hello, you know it’s rare that I’m asked about my caddies. I mostly used two caddies on 2007. Skye caddied for me in Europe and she was great. It was good to have a regular caddie and a good friend traveling with me too! Mark (Larry) caddied for me at the ANZ Ladies Masters last year and also at Q-School for the LPGA. He was also great. I don’t know if people really appreciate how important and big a role a caddie plays for a pro golfer."

From Bertil: "Hi Sarah,::First of all congratulations with your tour cart for the LPGA.::Let me introduce myself. During the Ladies KLM Open(netherlands), i was taking pictures from you. I have many new sponsors since then and I now need to try and show photos with all my sponsors represented so I’m not sure I can use the photos now, but they are really lovely, thank you. Having qualified for America I am going to play most of my golf there this year. Unfortunately I won’t see you at the KLM Open."

From Dave: "Hello Sarah::You were one of the FUTURES players I watched here in New Hampshire over the last few years who inspired me to write a now golf novel based on the tour.::The media reviews are fantastic. Reader reviews are honestly overwhelming. ::I'd love to send you a copy to get your take on it if you would care to read it.::You can read the reviews and learn about the novel and me at the website I have created for it. Sarah's answer: "Hi Dave, thank you for your interest in my golf and your best wishes for the LPGA, I appreciate it. At this time I really need to focus on getting my US Tour off to a good start, so probably won’t have a lot of time to read over your novel. It sounds really interesting though! If you’d like to send it to me –  you can post it to Sarah Kemp, C/o Macrison Co Pty Ltd, Locked Bag 1003 Concord NSW Australia 2137. Good luck with your venture."

From Katy & Holdzy: "I hear if you weren't a travelling golf professional that your career would have been tennis, is this true?"

Sarah's answer: "Hi guys, you have heard right. If I wasn’t playing golf, I would have loved to have been a professional tennis player. I love playing tennis and even now squeeze a game as often as I can :)"

From Gaz: "Congratulations and all the best for 2008. I would love to have a signed piece of memorabilia from you for my collection. Any chance? Thanks."
