Hi Everyone,
Well I have just returned home after a week in San Diego and boy am I tired! I have played 4 tournaments in the last 5 weeks weeks and Im ready for a break. I had a great summer in Australia on the ALPG / Ladies European Tour with a 2nd place in my first event the New Zealand Woman’s Open. I also made a cheque the next week at the ANZ Ladies Masters on the Gold Coast but unfortunately missed the cut in the Australia Open. I recharged the batteries for a week after that and flew to San Diego for my first event for the year on the LPGA, The KIA Classic presented by J Golf. We played a tough golf course with narrow fairways and small greens and I made the cut but just couldn’t get the putter working on the weekend! I finished T52. It was great to be out on the LPGA again and playing along side the worlds best. I played my 3rd round with Ai Miyazato who is currently ranked 3rd in the world! That was a great experience and one I learnt from.
Now its 3 weeks at home before I head off to my next LPGA event in Mexico later this month. The rest of this week I will be catching up with family, probably eating too much chocolate this easter weekend and hopefully getting out to the beach if the weather is nice before its back into practice mode next week!
Thanks for reading and Happy Easter everyone!
Sarah
